My Expression
through words, photos, and more…
Behind Job Titles…
Writing’s Origin: This piece is a reflection of my time in the corporate world… and the countless times I noticed, as well as felt…the separation between what is shown and what is beneath… on one hand the dress codes, the titles, the roles..and on the other….the day to day human experiences of ambition and sadness… promotions and losses….
Something… I couldn’t quite understand or reconcile throughout all my years spent working in professional services…
Natural Disasters or Nature’s Responses ?
Origin: This piece came about during one of the record high heatwaves that hit London. The city felt like an oven. The parks were full… full of people seeking relief, but also full of trash left behind.
At the heart of it is something that continues to live within me every time I see how often and how badly we treat nature, our environment, our surroundings… And yet, when we really need refuge, we rush to nature for that very relief…
There is anger, frustration, sadness, and a cry for help every time I see these things - those emotions are reflected in this piece…

Writing’s Origin: This is both an observation based on what I read and gather about AI, and the enormous amount of content it is creating, and the threat that this brings…
To me, it feels like we are living through a historical moment when emotional intelligence meets artificial intelligence… which in itself is a massive and powerful change of our lifetime and beyond…

Spring Cleaning
What’s inside: To me, spring cleaning isn’t just about dusting and organising… it’s about clearing out the old to make room for the new …. new inspirations, new intentions, or even completely new directions…
This can look different for everyone, but here I wanted to share a few ways that have the biggest impact on me when I’m letting go of the old, and making space for whatever new is ready to come in…
When Less Can Be So Much More…
What’s inside: If you struggle to keep up with the new year’s resolutions, or maintaining routines or healthy habits you set for yourself, I encourage you to perhaps try something different…
Here are some things that help support my wellbeing. I hope they may support yours too…
Intuitive Eating
What’s inside: As Christmas is coming, I thought this was a great time to talk about intuitive eating, as we all know how our eyes can be bigger than our stomachs during this period especially!
Despite many ups and downs with my relationship with food, I’ve learned that I can enjoy my favourite foods when I listen to my body’s cues a little more….
